smooth dinner

For lunch, I had some red beans and rice and I'd been having a sweet tooth for a few days now and so I had a piece of carrot cake. It was way too rich, but I really needed it. I was pretty hungry as I had not eaten any breakfast.

I was able to brush after without any issues.

Once home, I had two slices of bread as well as some cashew nuts.

For dinner, I had a home made shake of vanilla ice cream, some mango twist fruit juice and a banana. It was all really good and smooth. I also had some crackers. I feel like I should do another smoothie before bed. Oh, and I ate a mango after drinking all that.
